How long does it take to manufacture a custom watch?
Our standard assembly process takes approximately 7 days and includes comprehensive water resistance testing and demagnetization. Custom orders may require 7-12 days for completion before shipment.
What will happen an error occurs with my watch?
Reach out to us via our website contact form or live chat, and we'll work together to resolve your issue. Should your watch movement be covered under warranty or if a component arrives defective, we'll promptly send you a replacement part at no cost.

What are the watches water-resistance?
Our timepieces are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, delivering reliable water resistance for everyday activities like hand washing and light rain exposure. That said, we advise against extended underwater use or exposure to high-pressure water jets. Each watch undergoes testing to withstand conditions up to 3ATM.

How long does it take to receive my customized watch?
Our assembly and processing typically takes 3-5 days when parts are in stock. After your order is processed, our shipping partners deliver within 7-12 working days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 10-17 working days.
Will I need to pay import taxes in my country?
Our pricing is transparent and complete. The amount displayed is exactly what you'll pay—no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout or delivery.
We handle all applicable taxes and import duties for you, so your shopping experience stays simple and straightforward.
Please note that US customers may see price adjustments if the US government modifies its tax rates, as these changes are beyond our control. For EU and other international customers, your pricing remains fixed with no additional duties applied.
Returns cancellations or exchanges?
- Returns Policy (14 Days):
You may return your watch within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it’s in new condition and original packaging. Custom-made, personalized, or corporate logo watches are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please refer to our returns policy page
- Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and sent to your original payment method. For exchanges on incorrectly delivered items, please contact our customer service — you’ll cover the return shipping, and we’ll send the replacement free of charge.
- Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours):
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as processing begins immediately.
Do you deliver anywhere worldwide?
We offer FREE shipping with Cainiao smart logistics from our warehouse in Hong Kong and CN, who also hand it to companies like USPS priority, DHL-ecommerce, Royal Mail express, Deliver it, Last mile, 4PX, UniUni, or your countries national post office

How to track my watch?
Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you step by step.
If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can't find it, use our dedicated tracking page to access your tracking information.
