Blank Mods Warranty Policy

At Blank Mods, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of every timepiece we create. This warranty reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and confidence in our products. The following outlines the coverage and process for claiming warranty service.

Warranty Coverage

Products Covered
This warranty covers all watch movements and functionality of timepieces manufactured or assembled by Blank Mods and purchased directly from www.Blankmods.com or an authorized retailer.

Warranty Includes:

  • Defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use
  • Parts and labor necessary to address those defects
  • Movements that have remained sealed, untouched, and unmodified

Warranty Period:
Coverage lasts for 1 years from the original date of purchase by the first customer.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and care. During the warranty period, Blank Mods will repair or replace (at no charge) any product or part that proves to be defective in material or craftsmanship.

What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or neglect
  • Issues from unauthorized modifications or opening the watch case
  • Failure to follow product care or instructions
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, and discoloration
  • Water damage (unless water resistance upgrade was purchased)

How to Claim Warranty

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase
    Include your original receipt or order number to validate your claim.
  3. Shipping Responsibility
    • You are responsible for shipping the defective item to us.
    • If the claim is approved, Blank Mods will cover the return shipping cost of the repaired or replacement item.
  4. Inspection & Service
    Once received, your watch will be inspected, and you will be contacted with the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

Blank Mods is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or breach of this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this expressed warranty.
